Case Study: Hardware Store wants to tout their outdoor living

"Hardware Store" … Sounds fun, right? (Ahem. No.)

That's what our client said: "This is the shore. Our customers aren't here to swing a hammer." They wanted to let potential customers know about their huge selection of outdoor furniture. But the only way they were being found on the web was for "hardware".

They also desperately needed an update to their existing site. Their old site used web space from their ISP to cleverly save a few bucks. Their affiliation with ACE Hardware provided some traffic to their site.

But their old site was not being "found" when people were looking for outdoor furniture and beach chairs. Remember the "clever" trick of using their ISP's free hosting for their website? This required "hiding" a web page inside of another web page. Search engine "bots" don't go there.

So they contacted us.

What they got:

The client purchased an Advanced Web Design Package. Their custom-designed site allows them to update their pages with specials, dealers information, products, etc. They can add or remove pages from the site ("Christmas Store", for example). There is a custom contact form integrated with the site, as well as a custom site search.

The design featured a custom "At The Shore" feel as described by the customer.

They met with Corey and Troy throughout the site design process to ensure they got a website they could manage with the features they wanted. This included the necessary training to use their site administration pages.

And, like every website we sell, it came with 24x7 support and the pages are automatically optimized for search-engines.
